Ayushmann Khurrana and Rochak Kohli have co-composed several hit tracks. Be it ‘Saadi Galli Aaja’ from the film Nautanki Saala or ‘O Heeriye’, ‘Mitti Di Khushboo’ and ‘Chann Kithan’. The duo has given some melodious tracks that live rent free in our hearts and mind. Recently, Ayushmann unveiled his latest single, ‘Raataan Kaaliyan,’ which once again featured the musical prowess of his longtime collaborator Rochak Kohli. In addition to lending his soulful vocals to the track, Ayushmann has also played a role in its production. The song, released under the banner of T-Series, showcases the lyrical talents of Gurpreet Saini and Gautam G Sharma.

In an exclusive video interview with Bollywood Hungama, when Ayushmann was asked whether any difference of opinion occurs when he and Rochak get long to compose a song, the actor replied, “Wo toh wese hi zindagi mein hoti rehti hai. That is the best part. Agar aap apne dost ke saath kaam kar rahe and there is no filter.”
He further added, “We are together since school, and we also had a band called ‘Gravity’. It is since 8th standard. So, we have been best friends since then.”
On the film front, Ayushmann is currently gearing up for the highly anticipated Dream Girl 2, where he will portray the character of Karamveer Singh. The story of the first film in the franchise revolved around a jobless youth who finds success by impersonating a woman named Pooja at a call centre. The sequel to the 2019 film will see Ananya Panday as the female lead. The film promises another dose entertainment.
